辽宁省产业结构与能源消费的关系分析

根据脱钩理论分析1995—2010年辽宁省各产业发展与能源消费增长的动态关系.为探究各产业发展对能源消费的作用机理,基于能源强度的因素分解模型,对辽宁省三次产业能源强度进行因素分解分析.研究结果表明:辽宁省产业发展与能源消耗总体上处于相对脱钩状态,能源消耗量增长的速度小于经济增长的速度.影响能源强度变化的主导因素是效率因素.第一产业主要是结构因素促进能源强度的下降;第二产业效率因素对能源强度的提高起主导作用;第三产业效率因素是能源强度下降的主要因素.为实现经济与能源的可持续发展,在优化经济结构的同时应不断提高各产业的能源效率.

Research on the relationship between industrial structure and energy consumption of Liaoning province

This paper analyzes the dynamic relationship between industry development and energy con- sumption growth of Liaoning province from 1995-2010 by using theory of de-link. For exploring the mechanism of action between industry development and energy consumption, based on the factoriza- tion model, this paper analyzes the energy intensity of three industry in Liaoning province. Some conclusions can be drawn as follows： The industry development and energy consumption growth keep de-linking state as a whole. Energy consumption growth rate is less than the speed of economic growth. The dominant factor of impacting energy intensity change is the efficiency factor. For the first industry , the structure factors promote the decrease of energy intensity~ The second industry ef- ficiency factors on the improvement of energy intensity plays a leading role; The third industry effi- ciency factors are the main factors of energy intensity decreasing. To realize the sustainable develop- ment of the economy and energy, Liaoning province should optimize the economic structure and con- stantly improve the industrial energy efficiency at the same time.
