| 摘 要： | 水冼碱性品红是水洗普通碱性品红的产物。其染料性状、Schiff试剂质量和Eculgen反应色调不仅优于未水洗的普通碱性品红,而且在染料性状上接近于、在Schiff试剂质量上优于、以及在Feulgen反应色调上相同于美国生物染料标准委员会鉴定的“特制”碱性品红。通过水洗碱性品红建立的Feulgen反应标准色调尤便于显微光度法测定细胞核内Feulgen-DNA 的含量。

| Abstract: | This paper indicates that after water-wash treatment of common basic fuchsin there appears a new stain,the water-washed basic fuchsin.The dye features,the quality of Sehiff's reagent and the colour of Feulgen reaction of water-washed basic fuchsin are better than those of common basic fuchsin without water-wash treatment and are close to(in features of dye stuff),equal to(in the colour of Feulgen reaction)and exceed(in the quality of Schiff's reagent)the level of American special basic fuchsin in the same respects.Water-washed basic fuchsin is not only suitable for getting a stable Schiff's reagent but also easy to establish a standard colour of Feulgen reaction for spectrometric method of measuring the
Feulgen-DNA of cell nucleus. |
