| 摘 要： | 企业合作是企业发展的必然，并已经成为当今管理研究的主题内容之一．基于博弈的理论和Multi—Agent的建模与仿真方法研究合作的演化问题，探究了其内在的机制问题，发现企业合作的力量主要来自于其构成系统的内存机制作用，外部的干预能力是有限的．
