| 摘 要： | 采购部门及其采购活动在全球买方市场已经形成的条件下成为企业倍加关注与控制的焦点．在ERP环境下，借助IT技术可以对采购业务各环节实施一些新的全方位的控制，“选择供应商的特征评分法”便是从前不可能做到而现在可以轻松实现的科学而有效的控制方法之一．

| Abstract: | Purchasing department and its purchasing activity are more and more becoming focus of enterprises'attention and control since the global purchasing market has been formed.Under ERP circumstances,we can bring into effect much new controls of whole orientation over procedures of purchasing activity with help of Information Technology.Among these,the Attribute-rating Approach to Vendor Selection is a scientific,valid and easily completed control method which couldn't be done before. |
