始终保持与坚定“三个自信”相适应的精神状态

党的十八大报告提出的全党要坚定对中国特色社会主义的“道路自信、理论自信、制度自信”，有其客观历史必然性。但要变这种客观历史必然性为现实可能性，则取决于党员领导干部的精神状态。十八大报告则提出了“解放思想，改革开放，凝聚力量，攻坚克难”的“十六字”精神状态要求，这就充分彰显出坚持这样的精神状态对坚定“三个自信”的内在关联与重大价值。在新的历史起点上就要做到：一是继续高扬解放思想的旗帜，在提升科学发展新境界中不断增强自信；二是进一步坚定改革开放的决心，在制度创新中不断提升自信；三是进一步提高凝聚力量的本领，在增进共识、注入发展新动力中不断内化自信；四是进一步激发和砥砺攻坚克难的勇气与意志，在实干兴邦中不断升华自信。

Keeping mental attitude appropriate to “three confidences”

The report to the 18th National Congress of the CPC points out that the whole Party should have every confidence in our path, in our theories and in our system. There is a historic necessity for the ＂three confidences＂. Whether it will become an ever more real possibility depends on all Party members＇ spirit. Then the report points out ＂free up the mind, implement the policy of reform and o- pening up, pool our strength, and overcome all difficulties＂, which shows great value and essential associations with the ＂three confidences＂. In order to work on our confidences at a new starting point in history, we should first continue to free up our minds; second, adhere to the policy of reform and opening up; third, strengthen Party＇s cohesiveness; forth, overcome all difficulties with our courage and perseverance.
