| Abstract: | The fundamental motivation of new military revolution is the rapid development of informa- tion technology （IT）. This paper introduces the military IT contents and classifies them systematical-ly. According to a growing trend in military IT, the issue of using IT to promote the new naval mili-tary revolution has been expounded from five aspects. |
