| 摘 要： | 在中国政治生态中，共产党领导的多党合作和政治协商制度是开放的、与时俱进的，它带来社会生态的生机与活力。中共创立的这一新型政党制度，是一种政治体制，同时也是一种精神，一种理性与和平、守法的政治文化，经过革命、建设和改革开放历史的检验，实现了社会的融洽，这一政党制度的与时俱进性是中国政治发展的缩影。

| Abstract: | In Chin＇s political ecology, the system of multi-party cooperation and political consultation under the leadership of the communist party is open and advancing with the times, which brings the vigor and vitality of social ecology. The new political party system is not only a political system, but a spirit, a rational, and a peaceful and law-abiding political culture. A harmonious society has been built by the historical tests of Chinese revolution, construction, and reform and opening-up. The po- litical party system of advancing with The Times is a microcosm of China＇s political development. |
