| Abstract: | The management quality is the essential quality of the military academy grassroot cadres. The management cadresneed to overcome the ＂difficulty＂ and set up ＂dare to do＂. The management cadres should work hard on adhering to ＂strict request＂, paying attention to ＂attentively＂ and ＂effec- tively＂. The management cadres should continuously improve the quality of management and leading. |
