| 摘 要： | 保障力生成模式的转变对军事后勤人才培养提出了更高要求。文中着眼信息化条件下后勤保障力生成模式转变的特点和规律,提出了确立军事后勤人才培养新理念,拓宽军事后勤人才培养途径,健全军事后勤人才培养使用机制等新观点。

| Abstract: | Logistics support power generating mode transformation brings forward the higher demand for military logistics personnel training. This paper holds an eye on the traits and the rules of logistics support power generating mode transformation under the informationization background, puts forward the new concepts of establishing logistics talents training, broadens the new ways of logistics talents training, and perfects the mechanism of logistics talents training and using. |
