| 摘 要： | 如何建立更加有效的军队院校师资管理系统,寻求有效的师资管理切入点和管理模式,一直是军队院校管理者和理论研究者普遍关注的热点、焦点和难点。其中,最大的挑战之一在于如何建立适合军队院校这一特殊环境的师资管理标准,能力素质模型的引入为军队院校师资管理提供了一个全新的解决方案。文中阐述了能力素质模型的概念、对军队院校师资管理的作用及实施步骤等,指出了军队院校在运用能力素质模型时必须注意的问题。
