| 摘 要： | 我军初级任职教育在具有针对性和实效性的同时，更应当具有引领性，要充分发挥院校是新理论、新科技、新知识、新战法的重要策源地和创新源的作用，不能仅限于跟着部队走，做部队训练的“影子”。要搞好学科专业建设，整合优化教学内容、课程设置，提高教员队伍水平，从而以先进的理论和方法，引领部队建设和军事训练。
