摘 要: | “任务驱动”教学模式是以任务为主线、以教员为主导、以学员为主体的一种新型教学模式,真正实现了教员与学员、学员与学员之间的多维和谐互动。将其应用到部队任职教育教学之中,对于促进教学理念的转变,提高教学质量具有重要意义。

Abstract: | The task-driven teaching method is a task-based,instructor-guided and cadet-oriented new teaching model.The relationship among the instructors and the cadets achieves a really harmonious interaction.The application of the task-driven teaching model to military post-oriented education plays a significant role in changing the concept of education and improving the quality of teaching. |
