| 摘 要： | 探讨了新形势下如何着眼岗位任职教育的特点。把握学员队管理教育的新规律，探究并采取与之相适应的军队院校管理教育新方法新途径，以使学员队紧紧围绕中心工作，提高教育管理质量，形成合力促进学员队的整体建设，提高基层的管理教育水平。
