| 摘 要： | 创新能力是研究生能力最重要的体现,也是决定研究生可持续发展的关键。在研究生创新能力培养中,应形成研究生、导师队伍、学科建设、研究生管理机构四位一体的发展格局。研究生的自身努力、导师的指导作用、学科建设环境以及研究生管理机构提供的环境保障是研究生创新能力培养的根本保障。

| Abstract: | Innovation ability, as the most important component of postgraduates＇ abilities, is the key sustainable development of postgraduates. In the process of developing postgraduatest innovative aity, it is necessary to set up a ＂four-in-one＂ pattern that links postgraduates, instructors, diseines construction, and graduate school. Postgraduates＇ intelligence and diligence, directions given instructors, and a right environment are basic guarantee to develop their innovative ability. |
