| Abstract: | How to achieve cost reduction in purchasing weapons and equipments is a significant yet difficultly resolved problem. According to analyzing the cost reduction means used by some foreign countries, such as adapting a large number of civilian techniques and products, fully exerting the role of contractors, this paper puts forward some methods to prepare for the transition of our army equipment management. |
