| 摘 要： | 教育科研是教育发展和院校建设的“核心竞争力”，而院校教育科研机构作为教育科研的重要载体，其建设状况如何，不仅直接折射出教育科研发展水平，而且深刻影响学校的长远发展。文中在阐述军队院校教育科研机构价值与特色的基础上，探讨了制约军队院校教育科研机构发展的关键性矛盾，提出了解决或改善这些矛盾的对策措施，以推进军队院校教育科研又好又快发展。

| Abstract: | The educational scientific research is the core competitiveness of education development and academies construction. As the important carrier of educational research, the construction condition of academic scientific research institutes not only reflects the educational scientific research level, but also influences the long-term development of academies. According to the value and characteristics of educational scientific research institute of military academies, this paper explores the key contradiction that restricting its development, and puts forward some countermeasures to deal this problem as well. |
