To enhance my country''s technological innovation and patented technology transformation capabilities. Starting from the current status and existing problems of patent technology transformation in my country, this article discusses the operation process of patent technology transformation based on the perspective of strategic niche management based on the characteristics and process of patent technology transformation, and expounds the technology of patent technology transformation in the strategic niche. The different characteristics of the selection stage, market selection stage, market cultivation stage, market expansion stage and market protection stage analyze the defects and influencing factors in the current patent transformation process in my country, and propose an optimized path for the transformation of patent technology in my country, in order to promote the development of my country''s patent technology transformation market.
