新时代知识产权司法保护浅论

《关于加强知识产权审判领域改革创新若干问题的意见》是党中央出台的第一个面向知识产权审判的纲领性文件,具有划时代的意义,确立了新时代知识产权司法保护工作的指导思想、基本原则、改革目标和重点措施。在加快建设知识产权强国的背景下,应当在这一顶层设计之下,发挥知识产权司法保护的主导作用,回应知识产权司法保护需求,创新审判权运行机制、完善知识产权行政管理制度、打造知识产权审判新亮点,从而有力保障创新创业、努力营造法治环境、积极扩大国际影响。
