中美清洁能源联合研究中心第1期合作成效及启示

中美清洁能源联合研究中心是中美在清洁能源领域开展科技合作的标志性项目。中心成立于2009年,并于2011年正式启动运行,以产学研联盟的方式开展合作。本文阐述了中心成立的背景和重要意义,着重从论文和专利成果、产学研合作机制、知识产权管理等3个方面对第1个5年合作成效进行梳理分析,对继续深入推动中美清洁能源科技合作提出对策建议。

Outcomes and Enlightment of the U.S.- China Clean Energy Research Center Phase One

The U.S.-China Clean Energy Research Center (CERC) is a landmark project for building U.S. and China science and technology collaboration in the field of clean energy. CERC was established in 2009 and formally launched in 2011 through the consortium of Industry-University-Research Collaboration. This article explains the background and important significance of the establishment of CERC, and mainly focuses on three aspects of the papers, the patent management and the mechanism of Industry-University-Research Collaboration to analyze efficiency of the first five-year joint work, and also put forward measures and suggestions for further promoting U.S. and China science and technology of clean energy collaboration.
