基于专利分析的中国泡沫陶瓷材料技术发展趋势研究

近年来,随着中国政府对环境保护、绿色建材的日趋重视,泡沫陶瓷作为一种新型净化载体和建筑材料,越来越受到人们的重视,,申请专利保护的重点也由泡沫陶瓷的工艺配方向产业应用转移。本文通过分析我国泡沫陶瓷材料申请专利保护的情况,对其自主创新和专利应用的特点进行了全面分析。分析表明,2007年至2016年间我国泡沫陶瓷材料专利申请量稳步上升,专利申请类型以发明和实用新型为主,专利保护以泡沫陶瓷成型方法和加工工具为主。同时本文通过对泡沫陶瓷材料专利技术发展趋势的分析,对国内陶瓷企业如何突破跨国企业在泡沫陶瓷制备技术的的专利封锁,以及开发高端泡沫陶瓷产品的方式和现有专利的运营方式提出了建议。

Study on the Development Trend of Chinese Foam Ceramics Based on Patent Analysis

This paper analyzes the patent protection of foam ceramic materials in China and analyzes the characteristics of its independent innovation and patent application. Analysis showed that between 2007 and 2016 foam ceramics patent applications in China has risen steadily, the invention or utility model patent application type to give priority to, patent protection foam ceramic forming methods and processing tools based. At the same time, through the analysis of the development trend of the patent technology of foam ceramic material, this article gives some suggestions on how the domestic ceramic enterprises break through the patent blockade of multinational enterprises in foam ceramic preparation technology and how to develop the high-end foam ceramic products and the operation of the existing patents.
