摘    要:自1994年批复设立国家级农业科技园区,园区发展十分迅速,国家农业科技园区已经成为保障国家粮食安全的重要基地。本文依据国家对创新驱动发展的新要求,结合张掖国家农业科技园区的规划和建设,从园区的特征分析、发展定位和创新发展等方面分析论述了基于发展极、系统工程、协同和集群创新理论下的农业科技园区创新发展实践,文章在最后对农业科技园区当下遇到的常见问题给出了对策,希望本文能给张掖和其他农业科技园区的建设和创新发展带来有益启示。

Abstract:According to China''s new requirements for innovation driven development, this paper quotes the planning and construction of Zhangye National Agricultural Science and Technology Park. Based on the theories of development pole, system engineering, synergy and cluster innovation, the author discusses the innovative development of Agricultural Science and Technology Parks from the aspects of characteristics analysis, development orientation and innovative development of parks. In the end, the paper gives the countermeasures to the common problems encountered in the Agricultural Science and Technology Parks, hoping that this paper can bring beneficial enlightenment to the construction and innovation development of Zhangye and other Agricultural Science and Technology Parks.
