Intellectual Property Regime System under the International Trade Policies

There have always been great controversies surrounding the intellectual property regime （IPR）. From the perspective of international trade, IPR protection had been taken as protectionist measures like tariffs. It has also been taken as competitive tools against countries with strong manufacturing capacities. In the current discussions on the improvement of IPR regime, an efficient mechanism for information flow is warranted in order to reflect various policy requests, rather than subject to the undue influence of interests groups.
