| 摘 要： | 此文认为,"十二五"开局之年,相关部门对房地产市场的调控初见成效,初步实现了"三基本"——价格保持基本稳定、供需保持基本平衡、结构保持基本合理;但与此同时,房地产市场也出现了一些新的问题——房价上涨的区域发生转移、保障房建设融资困难等;为了巩固房地产市场调控的成果,规范房地产市场的进一步发展,须适时出台长期规划战略和提高房地产市场调控的精细度。
