我国信息化城市建设有力支撑社会经济发展——兼析我国城市信息平台建设中科技创新贡献

城镇化的快速推进对城市综合管理提出了新的挑战。面对新形势,2006年《国家中长期科学和技术发展规划纲要(2006—2020)》(以下简称《纲要》)首次设置了城镇化与城市发展重点领域,并将城市信息平台列为优先主题之一。本文分析了《纲要》发布以来城市信息平台的项目部署、技术进展、对社会经济的贡献、面临的挑战,并针对执行过程中存在的问题提出了发展建议。

Progress on the Construction of Urban Informatization in China:Problems in the Construction of Urban Information Platform in China

The rapid advance of urbanization brings new challenge to the city''s comprehensive management. Facing the new situation, in 2006, the National Long-term Science and Technology Development Plan (2006 - 2020), hereinafter it referred to the Program. It was the first set to focus on urbanization and urban development, and urban information platform as one of the priority themes. This paper analyzed the Outline since the release of urban information platform deployment projects, technology progress, the economic and social development, challenges, and put forward the suggestion to the existing problems in the implementation process.
