| 摘 要： | 本文通过对专利信息的挖掘与分析,为资本市场尤其是科技型企业股票投资的决策机制提供理论支持和数据支撑。通过梳理海外机构的经验,结合中国自身国情,本文研究并设计出对中国市场行之有效的专利价值评估指标体系,完善了选股模型,丰富了金融产品,促进了知识产权金融事业的发展。

| Abstract: | Through mining and analysis of patent information, this article provides theoretical support and data to support for the capital market especially science and technology enterprise stock investment decision-making mechanism. Combing the experience of the overseas institutions, combining the situation of China''s own research and design for the Chinese market effective patent value evaluation index system, it completes the stock selection model, riches financial products and promotes the development of financial intellectual property. |
