新加坡专利信息工作特点以及对我国专利信息工作的借鉴与启示

近几年新加坡在知识产权领域迅速崛起,一跃成为领先的知识产权国家,值得我国研究。本文首先概述了新加坡的知识产权制度,其次研究分析了新加坡近几年在推动专利信息工作方面所采取的政策措施,最后从专利信息服务中小微企业需求、专利信息资源评估与价值挖掘、专利信息人才培养等方面总结了新加坡对我国专利信息工作的借鉴与启示。

Characteristics of the Patent Information Work of Singapore and Reference and Revelations of China Patent Information Work

In recent years, Singapore has got rapid rise in the field of intellectual property, and has become advanced intellectual property country which is worth our study. The paper first summarized the intellectual property system in Singapore, then analyzed the policies and measures formulated and adopted by Singapore in the field of patent information work. Finally, the reference and revelations were summarized from three respects of patent information services medium small and micro-sized enterprises, patent information resources evaluation and value mining and patent information talent cultivation.
