摘    要:共享经济是全球新一轮科技革命和产业变革下映现出的新型商业模式,正在加快驱动组织形态、资产权属、就业模式和消费方式的革新。本研究采用SEM实证检验了共享经济企业持续竞争优势战略与创造共享价值对绩效优化产生的影响,结果表明:(1)在B2P与P2P模型中价值网络、创新战略、战略资源对社会价值一致性有积极影响。(2)B2P与P2P模型中关键时刻、创新战略、战略资源、价值网络对信息共享价值具有积极影响。(3)社会价值一致性会对信息共享价值产生了积极影响。社会价值一致性与信息共享价值在B2P与P2P模型中均对参与价值有积极影响并通过参与价值对企业绩效造成了积极影响。该研究结果为我国企业提升企业绩效,增强综合竞争力提供了理论参考。

Abstract:Sharing economy is a new business model reflected in the global new round of scientific and technological revolution and industrial change. It is speeding up the innovation of organizational form, asset ownership, employment mode and consumption mode. This study, SEM empirical test was used to examine the impact of sustainable competitive advantage strategy and creation of shared value on performance optimization of sharing economy enterprises. The results show that: 1) value network, innovation strategy and strategic resources have a positive impact on social value consistency in B2P and P2P models.2) Critical moments, innovation strategies, strategic resources and value networks in B2P and P2P models have positive effects on the value of information sharing.3) Social value consistency has a positive impact on information sharing value. Social value consistency and information sharing value have a positive impact on participation value in both B2P and P2P models and have a positive impact on firm performance through participation value. The results of this study provide a theoretical reference for Chinese enterprises to improve their performance and enhance their comprehensive competitiveness.
