创新创业背景下高校图书馆知识产权知识服务研究

随着“大众创业、万众创新”的深入推进，越来越多师生加入到创新创业队伍中来。作为高校文献情报中心，针对师生创新创业过程中信息需求提供更精准、更专业知识产权信息服务，是高校图书馆的光荣使命和义不容辞的责任。本研究从国家创新战略、高校创新发展、图书馆职能转变3个层面阐述了高校图书馆开展专利服务的必要性，分析了国内高校图书馆知识产权信息服务，尤其是在面向创新创业的信息服务方面的问题。在此基础上，借鉴智慧图书馆建设理论及实践成果，构建了面向创新创业的知识产权信息服务体系，阐述了服务内容，探讨了实施策略，并开展了案例分析。

Research on Intellectual Property Knowledge Services in University Libraries under the Background of Innovation and Entrepreneurship

With the deepening of Mass Entrepreneurship and Innovation, more and more teachers and students join Innovation and Development. As a document and information center of colleges and universities, it is the glorious mission and unshirkable responsibility of university libraries to provide more accurate and professional intellectual property information services according to the information needs of teachers and students in the process of innovation and development. The necessity of developing patent service in university libraries was expounded from the 3 aspects of national strategy, university innovation and development, and library function transformation, and then the problems existing in intellectual property information service of domestic university libraries, especially in the information service for innovation and entrepreneurship were analyzed, on this basis, by learning from the construction theory and practical achievements of the Intelligent Library, the intellectual property knowledge service system for Innovation and Entrepreneurship was constructed, the service content was expounded, the implementation strategy was discussed, and the case analysis was carried out.
