基于结构方程的装配式建筑产业链发展驱动力研究

装配式已逐渐成为建筑行业关注的热点问题，为更好的推动装配式建筑产业的可持续发展，了解产业驱动机理，明确产业推进策略显得尤为重要。本文结合装配式建筑自身特点，从产业链角度出发，通过探索性因子分析法获得装配式建筑产业链发展驱动力的四大影响因素：产业政策、社会认可度、产业经济价值、行业技术。并在此基础上构建结构方程模型，对各驱动路径即变量关系进行探究，对关键驱动因素进行深入分析。结果表明，装配式建筑的社会认可度因素对产业链发展有显著的综合影响和直接效应，行业技术因素有较强的间接效应。基于此，为针对性、全方位、科学化的发展装配式建筑产业提供决策参考。

Research on driving force of industrial chain development of prefabricated building based on SEM

Prefabricated construction has gradually become a hot issue in the construction industry. In order to better promote the sustainable development of prefabricated construction industry, it is very important to define the driving mechanism and promoting strategies. In this paper, based on the characteristics of prefabricated buildings and from the perspective of industrial chain, four factors influencing the development of the industrial chain of prefabricated buildings are obtained through exploratory factor analysis: industrial policy, social recognition, industrial economic value and industrial technology. On this basis, the structural equation model is built to explore the relationship between the driving paths and variables, and the key driving factors are analyzed in depth. The results show that the social recognition factors of prefabricated buildings have significant comprehensive and direct effects on the development of industrial chain, while the technical factors have strong indirect effects. Based on this, it provides a reference for the targeted, comprehensive and scientific development of prefab construction industry.
