黄河流域经济发展-科技创新-生态环境耦合协调研究

摘    要:基于2004~2018年黄河流域9省区截面数据,综合运用熵权法、耦合协调模型以及引力模型,探讨了黄河流域地区经济发展-科技创新-生态环境系统的耦合协调程度以及时空特征。研究结果表明:(1)9省区经济发展、科技创新和生态环境3大系统的评价值均呈增长态势,但生态环境的发展速度滞后于经济发展和科技创新;(2)9省区经济发展-科技创新-生态环境系统的耦合协调度两极分化,发展不均衡,黄河下游地区协同水平明显优于黄河中游和上游地区;(3)黄河流域整体耦合协调的空间联系强度弱,需要强化高耦合协调地区对流域其他省区的辐射作用。

Abstract:Based on the 9 provinces and regions in the Yellow River Basin from 2004 to 2008, the coupling coordination degree and the characteristics of space and time of the systems of economic development, scientific and technological innovation and ecological environment in the Yellow River Basin were studied by comprehensive use of the entropy method, the coupling coordination model and the gravity model. The results showed that: (1) The evaluation values of the three systems of economic development, scientific and technological innovation and ecological environment of the 9 provinces and regions were all increasing, but the development speed of ecological environment lagged behind that of economic development and scientific and technological innovation; (2) The values of coupling coordination degree of the system of economic development, scientific and technological innovation, and ecological environment of the 9 provinces and regions were polarized and showed unbalanced development, and the coordination level of the lower Yellow River region was obviously better than that of the middle and upper Yellow River region; (3) The spatial linkage strength of the overall coupling coordination in the Yellow River Basin was weak, and the radiation effect of the high-coupling coordination region on other provinces in the basin should be strengthened.
