内蒙古西部超低能耗草原民居外围护结构节能优化研究

摘    要:为解决内蒙古西部草原民居建筑外围护结构设计不科学而造成的室内热环境质量差、能源浪费量大及供热能效低的问题。文章对内蒙古西部初始民居进行了分析,利用DeST软件优化建筑结构、替换保温材料、增加保温层厚度、更换外窗等方式研究外围护结构保温隔热性能对建筑能耗的影响,并对其经济性进行分析。通过净现值法,计算出了适合内蒙古西部草原民居的三种外保温材料不同厚度的净现值和节能率。结果表明:外墙围护结构的优化对建筑整体节能效果最好,节能率可达20.92%。内蒙古西部超低能耗草原民居外围护结构优化综合节能率超过86.7%,冬季采暖能耗为29.75 kW·h/m2。

Abstract:In order to solve the problems of poor indoor thermal environment quality, large energy waste, and low heating efficiency caused by unscientific design of the outer envelope structure of residential buildings on the grasslands in western Inner Mongolia. The article analyzes the initial residential houses in western Inner Mongolia, and uses DeST software to optimize the building structure, replace thermal insulation materials, increase the thickness of the thermal insulation layer, and replace external windows to study the impact of the thermal insulation performance of the external protective structure on the building energy consumption, and its Economic analysis. Through the net present value method, the net present value and energy-saving rate of the three types of external insulation materials with different thicknesses suitable for the grasslands in western Inner Mongolia were calculated. The results show that the optimization of the outer wall enclosure structure has the best effect on the overall energy saving of the building, and the energy saving rate can reach 20.92%. The overall energy saving rate of the outer protection structure optimization of ultra-low energy grassland residential buildings in western Inner Mongolia exceeds 86.7%, and the heating energy consumption in winter is 29.75 kW·h/m2.
