| 摘 要： | 本文通过对国内创业者的访谈和国内外案例进行分析，总结提取出成功创业者的心理特质与解压方式，为创业者心理健康建设提供建议和参考。研究发现，成功的创业者对自身资源和外部环境有着清晰的认识，知道自己的优势，并且在遇到压力时更倾向于与人交流。所以创业者的心理健康建设需要加大创业培育力度、加强心理健康引导和建立压力管理系统。

| Abstract: | Based on interviews and case studies, this paper summarizes the psychological characteristics and decompression ways of successful entrepreneurs, so as to provide suggestions and references for entrepreneurs'' mental health construction. The study found that successful entrepreneurs have a clear understanding of their own resources and external environment. They know their strengths and are more inclined to communicate with others in times of stress. Therefore, the entrepreneur''s psychological health construction needs to step up entrepreneurship training, strengthen mental health guidance and establish a stress management system. |
