市政综合管廊施工进度风险评价研究

摘    要:为更好解决综合管廊的施工中进度风险等问题,本文选取包头某综合管廊为研究对象,从降低风险的角度出发,通过研究进度风险分析相关理论,建立市政综合管廊施工进度风险评价体系。并经维恩图筛选风险指标和问卷调查分析影响风险因素。最后,采用鱼刺图法对已构建的市政综合管廊项目施工进度风险的指标因素进行阐释分析,定性的分析出五大类风险重要性。为降低综合管廊施工进度风险提供依据,加快我国综合管廊的建设。

Abstract:In order to solve the problem of schedule risk in the construction of integrated pipe corridor, this paper chooses a comprehensive pipe corridor in Baotou as the research object, from the point of view of reducing risk, through studying the related theory of schedule risk analysis, Establish the municipal comprehensive pipe corridor construction schedule risk assessment system. The risk index and questionnaire survey were used to analyze the risk factors. Finally, the paper analyzes the index factors of the construction schedule risk of the municipal comprehensive corridor project by fish prick diagram method, and analyzes the importance of five kinds of risk qualitatively. In order to reduce the risk of comprehensive pipe corridor construction schedule, speed up the construction of comprehensive pipe corridor in China.
