摘    要:知识经济时代,高层次科技人才的重要性越来越凸显,而科研机构高层次科技人才已成为各方争夺的主要目标。为了解科研机构高层次科技人才流动特征,本文以167位科研机构高层次科技人才为例,运用统计分析方法,从流动现状、机构角度、地域角度、职务角度进行分析。研究发现科研机构高层次科技人才流动存在以下特点:流动属于合理范围内的正常流动,但存在机构、地域聚集特征;在职时长有缩短化趋势,流动年龄有年轻化趋势;华北华东等地区同区域流动特征明显,东北西北等地区人才单向跨区域流动特征明显;同省份机构存在密切流动关系等。

Abstract:In the era of knowledge economy, the importance of high-level scientific and technological talents is becoming more and more prominent, and high-level scientific and technological talents in scientific research institutions have become the main targets for all parties to compete. In order to understand the characteristics of the flow of high-level scientific and technological talents in scientific research institutions, this paper takes 167 high-level scientific and technological talents in scientific research institutions as an example, and uses statistical analysis methods to analyze from the status quo of mobility, institutional perspective, geographical perspective, and position perspective. The study found that the flow of high-level scientific and technological talents in scientific research institutions has the following characteristics: the flow is a normal flow within a reasonable range, but there are characteristics of institutional and geographical aggregation; There is a trend of shortening the length of employment and a trend of younger mobility ; North China and East China have obvious flow characteristics in the same region; northeast and northwest have obvious one-way cross-regional flow characteristics; there is a close flow relationship with the same provincial institutions.
