基于平衡记分卡的企业内部商业模式框架及创新研究

随着大数据时代的到来和经济技术的迅猛发展，商业模式的创新对企业来说至关重要。为了使企业达到可持续发展的目标，企业内部商业模式的创新势在必行。本文基于平衡记分卡理论剖析并构建了企业内部商业模式的理念性框架，企业内部商业模式框架主要由与平衡记分卡四维度相对应的生产模式、营销模式、管理模式和财务模式组成，每个模式之间存在着价值上的顺序转换关系，企业的核心竞争能力主要源自于商业模式之间的价值创新。本文希望企业通过内部商业模式的创新，获得新的市场资源，增强核心竞争力，提高企业竞争优势，适应动态的商业环境，达到可持续发展的长期目标。

Research on Internal Business Model Framework and Innovation Based on Balanced Scorecard

With the arrival of big data era and the rapid development of economy and technology, the innovation of business model is very important to enterprises. In order to make the enterprise achieve the goal of sustainable development, the innovation of business model within the enterprise is imperative. Based on the theory of balanced scorecard, this paper analyzes and constructs the conceptual framework of enterprise internal business model, which is mainly composed of production mode, marketing mode, management mode and financial mode corresponding to the four-dimensional degree of balanced scorecard. This paper hopes that through the innovation of internal business model, enterprises can obtain new market resources, enhance their core competitiveness, improve their competitive advantages, adapt to the dynamic business environment, and achieve the long-term goal of sustainable development.
