摘    要:施工企业知识型员工人才流动频繁增加了企业人才招聘和培训管理负担,不利于企业人才培养和行业竞争,基于此,本文构建了施工企业知识型员工激励因素影响关系结构方程模型,测度了各变量间的关系。研究表明:施工企业知识型员工各激励因素对职业前景满意度均存在直接或间接正向影响关系,社保满意度对员工激励贡献率最小,薪酬满意度对员工激励贡献率最大,施工企业在制定激励政策时应重点规划员工的薪酬制度和职业发展。

Abstract:The flow of knowledge workers in construction enterprises frequently increases the burden of recruitment and training management, which is not conducive to the cultivation of talents and competition in the industry. Based on this, this paper constructs the structural equation model of the incentive factors of knowledge workers in constructionenterprises, and measures the relationship among the variables. The results show that there is a direct or indirect positive relationship between the motivational factors and career prospect satisfaction of knowledge workers in constructionenterprises, The satisfaction rate of social security has the least contribution to employee motivation. the satisfaction rate ofcompensation plays the most important part in employee motivation, and the development of salary system and career ofemployees should be given priority in the decision-making process of incentive policy in construction enterprises.
