| 摘 要： | 当今世界经济社会飞速发展的同时,各种各样的危机和风险不断地威胁着社会和企业的发展,伴随着金融危机的逐渐复苏,很多企业都认识到了应急管理在企业发展和生存中的重要作用。本文意在探求应急管理评价体系的新应用,首先通过分析市场经济下,企业生产和发展过程中所面临的多种危机及其应急管理的意义,并着重对2009年以来的"丰田召回门事件"进行分析,并以此为基础重点利用现代应急管理的"可恢复性"评价理论具体评价丰田汽车召回事件。
