| 摘 要： | 应急管理是一个年轻学科。美国的应急管理高等教育兴起于20世纪90年代,我国的应急管理教育事业起源于抗击"非典"。以河南理工大学为代表的数所高校建立了公共安全管理/应急管理类本科专业,从引进和介绍国外应急管理学科入手,编写了第一批应急管理类本科教材;中科院和清华大学等著名高校开展了应急管理研究生教育;全国近百所大学开展了应急管理教育和研究。但我国的应急管理教育缺乏统一协调和系统的布局,整体上还在探索和成熟之中。

| Abstract: | Emergency Management is a new subject. It rose at mid 1990s in USA and started at 2003 of SARS attack in China. Since then Henan Polytechnic University established first Bachelor degree program in Emergency Management and several colleges followed. They introduced foreign programs concerned, and edited and published textbooks.
