项目视角下的知识管理研究演进脉络梳理与前沿热点探析

为了进一步挖掘知识管理实践应用，提升我国项目管理水平。以1999~2017年CNKI与Web of Science 核心期刊为数据源，采用文献计量法对国内外项目视角下知识管理文献主题进行分析并绘制可视化的科学知识图谱。结果表明，项目视角下的知识管理研究具有由静态到动态、由单点到多点的演进特征。工程项目和研发项目是将知识管理理论融入较多的领域；知识共享、知识转移及项目绩效是研究的主要问题；研究方法以案例研究、实证研究、访谈法为主。

Knowledge Management Research Evolution Path Combing and Frontier Hot Spot Analysis in Project Perspective

In order to explore the application of knowledge management practices, improve the level of project management in China. Using CNKI and Web of Science as data source from 1999 to 2017. Analyzed the domestic and international project knowledge management literatures, drew out a visual scientific knowledge map by the visualization tool CiteSpace. The results show that the knowledge management research from the perspective of project has the evolution characteristics from static to dynamic from single point to multiple points. Engineering projects and R&D projects are the main subjects of research. Knowledge sharing, knowledge transfer and project performance are the main issues of research. Research methods are mainly case studies, empirical research, and interviews.
