摘    要:高层建筑施工现场生产要素密集,常伴有明火作业,致使火灾频发,依靠施工管理人员规范作业空间,效率低、效果差。为降低高层建筑施工现场发生火灾安全事故的概率,提升施工安全检查效率,推动建筑信息化模型在施工安全领域的应用,本文将高层建筑施工现场的平面布置作为切入点,利用Revit的二次开发技术,构建相应的施工消防安全规则检查系统。首先根据施工现场消防安全技术规范相关条文,利用Easy GHM软件构建建筑施工消防安全规则库,在集成建筑、施工、进度、安全信息的BIM安全管理模型基础上,通过Revit API二次开发技术实现施工现场临时用房及设施的消防安全距离检查,再以外链接方式将建筑施工消防安全规则库搭载于Revit API二次开发平台上,用于高层建筑施工现场的平面布置优化,并进行实证研究。结果表明,该系统具有良好的可操作性,可为管理人员提供满足规范要求的优化调整方案,比传统施工消防安全管理方法更加直观有效。本研究将有助于施工现场消防安全检查及施工场地优化布置的信息化发展。

Abstract:The high-rise building construction site has intensive production factors and is often accompanied by open fire operations, resulting in frequent fires. Relying on construction managers to standardize the work space has low efficiency and poor effect. In order to reduce the probability of fire safety accidents in high-rise building construction sit, improve the efficiency of construction safety inspections and promote the application of building information model in the field of construction safety, this article takes the layout of the construction site of high-rise buildings as the starting point, and uses the secondary development technology of Revit to build a high-rise building construction fire safety rule inspection system. First of all, according to the relevant provisions of building construction fire safety regulations, the building construction fire safety rule base is constructed by using easy GHM software. Based on the BIM safety management model integrating building, construction, progress and safety information, the safety distance inspection of temporary buildings and facilities on construction site is realized through the secondary development technology of Revit. The building construction fire safety rule library is loaded on the Revit API secondary development platform through external links, so as to quickly search for safety regulations during the optimization of the construction site layout. Through empirical research, the operability of the system is verified, which can provide corresponding technical support for managers. This research will contribute to the information development of construction site fire safety inspection and construction site optimization layout.
