摘    要:科技决策智库是提升国家科技创新治理能力的重要支撑,高校具备建设科技决策智库多方面优势.学术界关于高校科技决策智库发展现状以及高校建设科技决策智库路径存在认识不清的问题.本文深入分析我国高校科技决策智库建设现状,从建设主体、经费来源、人才管理、研究特色等维度探讨了高校建设科技决策智库的路径特点,并结合高校建设科技决策智库的优劣势,提出了我国高校建设高水平科技决策智库的对策建议.

Abstract:Science and technology decision-making think tank is an important support to enhance the governance capacity of national science and technology innovation, and universities have many advantages in building science and technology decision-making think tank. It is not clear about the current situation of the development of science and technology decision-making think tanks in Colleges and universities and the path of building them. In this paper, based on the deep analysis of the current situation of the construction of science and technology decision-making think tanks of Chinese colleges and universities as well as the cognitive problems on the path of building a think tank for science and technology decision-making, the characteristics of the path of building science and technology decision-making think tanks of Chinese colleges and universities were discussed from the dimensions of construction subject, funding sources, talent management, research characteristics and others, and with the combination of the advantages and disadvantages of the construction of science and technology decision-making think tanks of universities, some countermeasures and suggestions for the construction of high-level science and technology decision-making think tanks for Chinese universitieswere put forward.
