摘    要:根据城郊结合带土地利用结构特征,优化了城市土地利用系统健康评价的PSR(压力-状态-响应)概念模型的指标体系,并将其用于城郊结合带(武汉江夏区)土地利用系统的健康评价.收集2009~2018年的土地利用数据,运用二次函数法、障碍因素诊断法等评价了城郊结合带土地利用系统的健康状况.结果表明:(1)2009~2018年,江夏区土地利用系统健康水平总体不高,健康状况先上升后下降;2014年健康状况最好,但其健康等级仅为"临界状态".(2)PSR子系统指标障碍度表明,P系统的指标对江夏区土地利用系统健康影响最大,且逐年增加,增速为15.76%;S和R系统的指标障碍度持续下降,降速分别为13.64%和37.59%.(3)人口压力、人均耕地面积、土地垦殖率、水土协调度等指标对土地利用系统健康发展障碍较大.研究表明,城郊结合带作为城市和农村发展的过渡区域,其土地利用系统的健康是实现城市-农村协调、可持续发展的必要条件.

Abstract:The index system of the DSR(pressure-status-response) model for health assessment of urban land use systems was optimized according to the characteristics of land use structure in suburban fringes, and the model was applied to assessment of the health of the land-using system of a suburban fringe(Jiangxia district, Wuhan). The data of land-using from 2009 to 2018 was collected, and the quadratic function method and the obstacle factor diagnosis method were used to evaluate the health status of the land using system of the suburban fringe. The results show that: (1) in 2009~2018 the overall health level of the land-using system in Jiangxia district is not high, with the feature of first up then down, the best health is in 2014, but its level is only "critical". (2) According to obstacle degree of the criterion level indicator, the pressure system has the greatest influence on the health of the land-using system, and it increases year by year, with the growth was 15.76%; While the system status and response decrease with the average annual rate of 13.64% and 37.59%, respectively. (3) The main obstacle factors on affecting the health of land-using system include population pressure, urban per capita disposable income, forest coverage rate, water and soil coordination, etc. The study shows that a suburban fringe is the transitional area between urban and rural development. The health of its land-using system is the necessary condition for the coordinated and sustainable development of urban and rural areas.
