| 摘 要： | 当前，从直接投资、证券投资以及我国企业海外直接融资三方面渠道来看，跨境资金迅速流入我国。原因主要在于美元流动性充裕以及我国市场环境日趋完善，包括直接投资优势进一步显现、企业跨境意愿显著提升、金融市场对外开放程度显著提高等。当前是我国进一步推进金融开放重要机遇期，建议稳步扩大金融市场双向开放。

| Abstract: | Since Q2 of 2020, foreign direct investment to China and cross-border mergers and acquisitions with Chinese firms have grown rapidly. China"s securities, particular Chinese bonds, appeared to be highly attractive. At the same time, Chinese dollar bonds have regained popularity. The reasons might be as follows. First, dollar liquidity recovered. Second, foreigners" willingness to invest in Chinese firms remained relatively high. Third, China"s financial account keeps opening up. It is recommended to seize the opportunity and steadily expand the two-way opening of the financial market. |
