面向突发公共卫生事件的社区韧性影响因素研究

社区作为城市治理的基础单元,是防控疫情的第一道防线.对于如何建设一个积极应对突发公共卫生危机并快速自我恢复的韧性社区,探讨影响社区的韧性建设影响因素十分必要.采用问卷调查的方式,使用AMOS软件建立结构方程模型分析社区韧性建设的影响因素.结果表明:五大影响因素对社区韧性建设具有正向作用,社会层面因素对于社区韧性建设的影响最大,其次为组织因素、经济因素、物理因素以及人员健康因素.其中居民对社区归属感和相互间的情感、社区应急组织、社区的基础设施和智慧设备、人员自身的身体健康作用显著,是影响社区韧性建设最重要的因素.

Research on Community Resilience Construction and Promotion Strategies for Public Health Emergencies

As the basic unit of urban governance, the community is the first line of defense to prevent and control the epidemic. As for how to build a resilient community that actively responds to the epidemic crisis and recovers quickly, it is necessary to explore the factors that affect the community''s resilience building. Using a questionnaire survey, we use the AMOS software to establish a structural equation model, in order to analyze the influencing factors of community resilience building. The results show that the five major influencing factors have a positive effect on the construction of community resilience. Social factors have the greatest influence on the construction of community resilience, followed by organizational factors, economic factors, physical factors and personnel health factors. Among them, the residents'' sense of belonging to the community and mutual emotions, community emergency organizations, community infrastructure and smart equipment, and the physical health of the personnel themselves play a significant role, which are the most important factors affecting the construction of community resilience.
