| 摘 要： | 调查江苏省普通高校高水平运动队的管理条例以及管理方法,运用管理学的羁绊原理分析其可行性和科学性,从而为普通高校试办高水平运动队提供借鉴。研究结果显示,江苏省大部分高校高水平运动队管理条例不健全,科学性与可行性亟待提高。

| Abstract: | Investigate management regulation and management method of province in Jiangsu common and high high level sport brigade in the school,the fetters principle which makes use of a management to learn analyzes its possibility and science,trying to do high level sport a brigade to provide to draw lessons from for the commonness high school thus.Study a result manifestation,province in Jiangsu greatly part of high school high levels exercise brigade management the regulation isn't sound,science and possibility need an exaltation. |
