企业结盟对开放式创新能力的影响实证研究以医药制造业为例

在共享经济时代，企业合作研发寻求共同发展已经成为潮流趋势，企业合作有多种方式，最常见的方式是结盟。本研究主要从理论角度分析了企业开放式创新能力和企业结盟之间的逻辑关系，运用2006~2020年医药制造行业的231家上市企业数据开展了实证研究。结果表明：（1）企业结盟能够正向促进企业开放式创新能力的提升，但存在滞后期；（2）相较化药企业和中药企业，生物药企业的滞后期更长。本研究对于企业创新驱动发展和共同发展都有良好的借鉴意义。

Empirical Research on the Impact of Enterprise Alliance on Open Innovation AbilityA Case Study by Taking the Pharmaceutical Manufacturing Industry as an Example

It has been a trend for enterprises to cooperate and achieve common development under the sharing economy era. There are several ways of enterprise cooperation, and the most common way is alliance. This study made a theoretical analysis on the logical relationship between enterprise alliance and the improvement of open innovation ability, and conducted an empirical analysis based on the data of China''s 231 listed pharmaceutical manufacturing companies from 2006 to 2020. The results showed that enterprise alliance hasd a significant positive role in promoting the improvement of open innovation ability, but there was a lag period; compared with chemical pharmaceutical enterprises and traditional Chinese medicine enterprises, the lag period of biological pharmaceutical enterprises was longer. This study has a good reference significance for innovation driven development and common development of enterprises.
