航天装备体系贡献率研究

摘    要:航天装备包括进出空间装备、利用空间装备和空间安全装备,是国家网络信息体系和国家安全体系的重要组成部分。通过对体系贡献率进行分析,能够对战略规划、建设方案和运行使用提供决策支撑和优化调整建议,是实现航天装备体系发展的重要环节。本文在研究航天装备体系组成、存在问题基础上,提出了体系贡献率分析方法,并从国家网络信息体系和国家安全体系视角,对利用空间装备和空间安全装备的体系贡献率进行了分析。

Abstract:The aerospace equipment, including the in-out space equipment, the utilization of space equipment, and the space security equipment, is an important part of the national network information system and the national security system. Through the analysis of system contribution rate, it can provide decision support and optimizing adjustment proposal for strategic planning, construction scheme and operation, which has great significance to the development of the aerospace equipment system. In this paper, by analyzing the composition and the existing problems of the aerospace equipment system, the concept of system contribution rate is proposed to analysis the aerospace equipment. Then from the perspective of the national network information system and the national security system to analysis the system contribution rate of the utilization of space equipment, and the space security equipment.
