| 摘 要： | 高质量的专利代理服务既能促进技术方案的拓展和提升，又能帮助创新者获得与其技术贡献相适应的专利权保护范围。专利代理行业规范的管理、有效的运行、良性的发展对提升专利质量具有非常重要的作用。本文从我国专利代理行业目前的最新形势出发，初步研究了美国专利代理行业的基本情况、市场准入规则以及行业监管的基本情况，以期为我国专利代理行业的发展提供参考。

| Abstract: | High- quality patent agency services can not only promote the expansion and promotion of technical solution, but also help innovators to obtain its technical contribution to adapt to the scope of patent protection. Patent agency industry standard management, effective operation, healthy development to enhance the quality of the patent has a important role. Based on the current situation of China''s agency industry, this paper makes a preliminary study on the basic situation, market access rules and the basic situation of industry regulation in the US patent agency industry, with a view to providing reference for the development of China''s patent agency industry. |
