数字经济、产业协同集聚与高技术产业技术创新

发展数字经济是新时代的战略选择，高新技术产业作为重大突破性技术的主要创新载体，其核心技术创新对经济高质量发展具有重要意义，明确数字经济对高技术产业驱动创新的内在机制，才能有效利用数字经济赋能产业创新，引领未来经济高质量。本研究以2011~2021年度中国34个省份中的30个省份的数据为基础，构建数字经济发展水平的指标体系，多维度实证分析数字经济对高技术产业技术创新的影响效应。结果表明，数字经济对高技术产业的技术创新能力有着明显的促进作用；同时，数字经济通过促进产业协同集聚的中介效应促进高技术产业的技术创新；数字经济发展水平促进高技术产业技术创新的影响存在区域异质性，东部地区的驱动效应相比中部和西部更大；数字经济的创新效应存在非线性关系。

Digital Economy, Collaborative Industrial Clustering and Technological Innovation in High-Tech Industries

The development of digital economy is the strategic choice of the new era, high-tech industry as the main innovation carrier of major breakthrough technologies, its core technology innovation is of great significance to the development of high quality of the economy, and to clarify the intrinsic mechanism of the digital economy to drive innovation in high-tech industry, so that we can effectively utilize the digital economy to empower industrial innovation, and to lead the future of the economy of high quality. Based on the panel data of 30 provinces in mainland China from 2011 to 2021, this study constructs the index system of digital economy development level and measures the digital economy development index through principal component analysis, and empirically analyzes the influence of digital economy on technological innovation of high-tech industries in multiple dimensions. The results show that the level of digital economy development can significantly promote the innovation ability of high-tech industries; at the same time, the digital economy promotes the technological innovation of high-tech industries through the intermediary effect of promoting the synergistic agglomeration of industries; there is regional heterogeneity in the impact of the level of digital economy development on promoting the technological innovation of high-tech industries, and the driving effect in the eastern region is greater than that in the central and western regions; and there is a non-linear relationship in the innovation effect of the digital economy.
