我国体制改革与国家创新体系建设取得阶段性成果

《国家中长期科学和技术发展规划纲要(2006-2020年)》对我国科技体制改革与国家创新体系建设提出新的要求。当前和今后一个时期,科技体制改革的重点任务是支持鼓励企业成为技术创新主体,深化科研机构改革、建立现代科研院所制度,推进科技管理体制改革以及全面推进中国特色国家创新体系建设。本刊针对2006年以来我国科技体制改革与国家创新体系建设以及许多领域专家对本领域的建议进行了综合报道。

Reform of China's National Innovation System and Technology Achieved Substantive Results

"National Plan for Medium- to Long-term Scientific and Technological Development (2006-2020)" put forward new requirements on China''s science and technology system reform and the construction of national innovation system. During a certain current and future period, the key tasks of science and technology system reform are to support and encourage enterprises to become the main body of technical innovation, to deepen scientifi c research institution reformation and establish a modern scientific research institute system, to promote scientific and technological management system reform, as well as to comprehensively promote the construction of national innovation system with Chinese characteristics. We give a comprehensive report on reform and national innovation system in many areas of science and technology since 2006 as well as expert advice on the field.
